The conference “Thinking Machines in the Physical World” (IEEE 2016 Conference on Norbert Wiener in the 21st Century), which will be held at the University of Melbourne, Australia, 13-15 July 2016, following the successful inaugural conference in Boston in 2014. Attached is the Call for Papers, including greetings from Professor Graeme Clark, AC Laureate Professor Emeritus, leader in pioneering cochlear implant research.
 
We are also pleased to announce our initial confirmed list of keynote speakers:

- Prof Brian Anderson, Distinguished Professor, ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science
